What is Temprana?

A Holistic Approach to Rehabilitation: The Temprana Method Explained

The Temprana Method is a brain-based home training concept that combines various stimulation methods, including facial reflex therapy, neurological foot reflex therapy, hand reflex therapy, muscle reflex therapy, and Brain Gym.

It also includes personalized dietary guidance and supplements tailored to individual needs.

By stimulating specific reflex areas and points on the body, the method activates reflexes that influence brain centers, chemical processes, the hormonal system, blood circulation, organs, and muscles. These processes are managed through the central nervous system to support optimal body functions according to the individual's condition.

Brain Gym is a movement and exercise program designed to help form new neural connections. If the individual cannot perform the exercises independently, they can be carried out by parents, caregivers, or relatives. Nutritional guidance focuses on the importance of food, amino acids, fats, vitamins, and minerals for brain function.

This is especially relevant for reduced brain function, such as in brain injuries, autism, syndromes, mental illnesses, and other chronic conditions.

The Temprana Method is a 100% natural approach that can be safely combined with both medical treatments and other complementary methods, often enhancing overall results.

How Does the Temprana Method Work?

Unlocking the Body's Potential: The Science Behind the Temprana Method

 Neurological Stimulation

The Temprana Method stimulates neurological points on the face and skull. This sends electrical impulses through the central nervous system to the brain, activating neurotransmitters and transmitting signals to organs and glands. This process helps regulate bodily functions, relax muscles, and activate the body's self-healing mechanisms.

 Central Nervous System Plasticity

The central nervous system is flexible and constantly evolving, with a unique ability to form new neural networks—referred to as neuroplasticity. This process is supported and enhanced through the intensive stimulation provided by the Temprana Method.

 Hormonal and Lymphatic Systems

Stimulating the hormonal and lymphatic systems promotes the elimination of toxins, improving the body's ability to absorb nutrients. This is especially critical in cases where poor nutrient absorption affects the body's balance and health.

 Individually Tailored Treatment

The success of the Temprana Method relies on professional therapists with in-depth knowledge of the brain, central nervous system, and bodily functions. Therapists develop individualized treatment plans using advanced therapeutic techniques that precisely target reflex points and zones.

Conditions Addressed by the Temprana Method

Beyond stimulating the brain, the method strengthens hormonal and organ functions, which can alleviate issues such as breathing problems, allergies, and digestive issues. It can also improve sensory dysfunctions, such as reduced vision, hearing, taste, and smell.

Individually Customized Training

After a comprehensive initial assessment, a program is designed to fit the unique needs of the individual. No two programs are identical, as each person has a unique medical history and specific needs.

Long-Term Process

Home training with the Temprana Method requires commitment, with routines carried out 4-7 times a week for at least 12 months. The full program takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes daily, which can be divided into two sessions (e.g., morning and evening).

Continuous Development

Regular communication between the family and therapist ensures the program's responsiveness and effectiveness, fostering motivation and optimal results.

Follow-Up and Adjustments

After the initial 3-day training course, regular follow-ups every 3 months are essential.

These sessions last 2-3 hours and ensure:
•    Adjustments to keep the training effective.
•    Introduction of new impulses to prevent nerve points from losing their effectiveness through repeated stimulation.
